TS Users - Please implement the known fixes relevant for this type of issues. If you find that the learner's access is still not working, it could be a single sign on issue between the b-Hive and the TestZone. To test this try the following;
If you are able to access the learner's Test Zone account, this then confirms that there is an issue with the Single Sign On for the learner's b-Hive account.
