Test Zone 401 Error

Test Zone 401 Error

If you have a learner who is having trouble with accessing the online Test Zone, and they are seeing 401 Error message displayed.  Please refer this to Contacts@buttercups.co.uk.

TS Users -  Please implement the known fixes relevant for this type of issues. If you find that the learner's access is still not working, it could be a single sign on issue between the b-Hive and the TestZone. To test this try the following;

Click on the following link, https://www.buttercups.co.uk/Apps/Courses.nsf

Login using the learner login details found in Courses and CRM.


If you are able to access the learner's Test Zone account, this then confirms that there is an issue with the Single Sign On for the learner's b-Hive account.
