Maytas Single Sign On (SSO)
Overview
This change should be beneficial to Maytas users as it means they will be logged into Maytas using their Microsoft account details, rather than needing a separate password.
New Maytas Users
As part of the initial set up of new users to Maytas, by ASD, their staff email needs to be added to the following field:
First Time Log in
Following the addition of the SSO email to the user's account in Maytas, the first time the user accesses Maytas, they will be asked which account to sign in with (they should choose their work Microsoft account) and then click to accept permissions when they get the following pop up:
Subsequent Log Ins
After the initial set up, you should then see this when you click to open Maytas and no longer need to enter a password.
