If you have an issue with Campus which is preventing you from doing your job immediately - please raise a ticket on the DTS help desk and do NOT report it as a bug
Report a bug:
- Ask yourself - is this stopping you doing your job right now?
- Yes - then this needs to be reported through the DTS help desk, Report IT Issue, so that it can be looked at immediately, do not move to step 2.
- No - there is something wrong but I can work around it, but it does need to be looked at and fixed at some point. Move to step 2.
- Find and click on the Options icon (Green globe found bottom right hand corner) and then click on the Report a Bug link, you will be directed to the DEG+Tech Work Request.
Suggest an improvement or new feature
To suggest an improvement or new feature in Campus staff should fill out a Business Change Request.
