Give your Campus feedback

If you have an issue with Campus which is preventing you from doing your job immediately - please raise a ticket on the DTS help desk and do NOT report it as a bug
Report a bug:
- Ask yourself - is this stopping you doing your job right now?
- Yes - then this needs to be reported through the DTS help desk, Report IT Issue, so that it can be looked at immediately, do not move to step 2.
- No - there is something wrong but I can work around it, but it does need to be looked at and fixed at some point. Move to step 2.
- Find and click on the Options icon (Green globe found bottom right hand corner) and then click on the Report a Bug link
A screen shot of the Campus page will be taken, and displayed to the user on screen.

Please remember that Marker.IO is accessible on the public internet so anyone can potentially access. With this in mind, if you come across any issue regarding a learner record annotate the screen shot using the Blur tool to mask any identifiable learner data being displayed.
2. Over on the left hand-side of the screenshot, include the following information:
- Add a title - make sure the title summarises the problem
- Steps to reproduce: Enter the series of steps you have taken to discover the problem, so that developers can try the same thing
- Actual results: describe what results you see after taking the specific steps
- Expected results: describe what results you expect to see after taking the specific steps
3. Once you have entered your details, click on the Send feedback button.
Your feedback will be sent directly to our in-house developers.
