Move Files into OneDrive

To move files into OneDrive, you will need access your OneDrive either from file explorer or browser - read this article if you are unsure how to do this.

1. Open your own folder under public share - Staff - Staff Personal Folders. 


2. Open OneDrive folder (from file explorer or browser ) in parallel to make the move easier.  

3. Drag and drop relevant files from your own Staff Personal Folder to OneDrive. 


4. Once the files are stored in your OneDrive, check that they are no longer in your Public Share and delete any files if necessary.

Only documents which are personal to you at work should be migratedt to your OneDrive account. For any other files, please ask your line manager to confirm the best place for them to be moved.
