Raise master ticket on learner's system issue
1. Go to Buttercups Support on Zoho desk to submit new ticket
2. Choose Ticket Template - System Maintenance
3. Pick up relevant sub-category under Problem, and fill in descritption in the template.
4. Ticket owner is set to Solutions Team and priority is set ot Medium as default, those fields can be changed accordingly. Click submit button when finished
5. Open the ticket from Buttercups Support, in the comment please @ Liang Ran, James Woodrow, IT services team and PS team
